Our coaches teach you how to move properly and work with you to modify weights and exercises so your workout is tough, but doable. We want you to leave feeling gratified and with a sense of accomplishment.
Crossfit is the pinnacle of high intensity training. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - from cardio and gymnastics to weight lifting. Embrace the grind and discover your strength, each day brings something new!
Afterburn is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. There are no barbells or complex gymnastics exercises. Short, sweet, and super sweaty!
Barbell class helps athletes who want to concentrate on olympic weightlifting. We teach athletes how to properly perfect their form and technique. It is a great way to see positive improvements in your daily Crossfit workouts and is included in your membership.
The Priscilla Project is our way of giving back. It's a volunteer project to offer a fitness training program for adults and children with developmental disabilities of all kinds. The Priscilla Project provides a positive and healthy environment with the goal of physical activity in mind to a community who deserves it.
