Yes, you will need to schedule a free one-on-one introductory class. Our intro class is your introduction to Crossfit's methodology as well as our gym.Â
We'd love you to take class with us. At this time, we only offer open gym Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7am. Any other time is for classes.
You sure can, as long as they have done Crossfit before. If not they will need to schedule a free one-on-one class.
Not at this time. However, we have non-supervised areas for children to hangout while their parents workout.

Yes. We have two showers. Please bring your own shower supplies.
All members must pre-register for classes.
Once you become a member, you'll have access to our app which will allow you to reserve your spot.
Yes. If you have done Crossfit before you can reserve a spot in any of our classes by contacting us at summitcrossfit@gmail.com. If you have never done Crossfit you will need to schedule a free one-on-one class. Start here.
