We'd love you to take class with us, but we understand if you'd rather follow your own programming. We have open gym available during all hours of operation.

Not at this time. However, we have non-supervised areas for children to hangout while their parents workout.

Yes. We have two showers. Please bring your own shower supplies.

Once you become a member, you'll have access to our app which will allow you to reserve your spot.
Yes. If you have done Crossfit before you can reserve a spot at our 9am, 12pm or 6:30pm by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have never done Crossfit you will need to schedule a free one-on-one class. Start here.
We no longer offer an Open Gym membership. We cap our classes at 30 people and must ensure there is enough equipment available for members. While members are welcome to make up a workout in the back of the gym during our smaller classes (9am and 12pm), there is absolutely no open gym during our evening classes.
