Do I need to do an introductory class if I've done Crossfit before?

Nope! Come on in and we will get you set-up with a membership.

Do I need an introductory class if I've never done Crossfit before?

Yes, you will need to schedule a free one-on-one introductory class. Our intro class is your introduction to Crossfit's methodology as well as our gym

If I'm dropping in, can I do my own programming on the side?

We'd love you to take class with us, but we understand if you'd rather follow your own programming. We have open gym available during all hours of operation. 

Can I bring a friend?

You sure can, as long as they have done Crossfit before. If not they will need to schedule a free one-on-one class.

Do you offer childcare?

Not at this time. However, we have non-supervised areas for children to hangout while their parents workout.

Do you have a late policy?

No, we don't. We understand that life happens. Try your best to get to class on time.

Do you have showers?

Yes. We have two showers. Please bring your own shower supplies.

Are there pre-sign ups for class?

There are no pre-sign ups for class. Just show up.

Do you offer a free trial class?

Yes. If you have done Crossfit before you can reserve a spot at the class time of your choice. If you have never done Crossfit you will need to schedule a free one-on-one class. Start here.
