Yes, you will need to schedule a free one-on-one introductory class. Our intro class is your introduction to Crossfit's methodology as well as our gym

We'd love you to take class with us, but we understand if you'd rather follow your own programming. We have open gym available during all hours of operation. 

You sure can, as long as they have done Crossfit before. If not they will need to schedule a free one-on-one class.

Not at this time. However, we have non-supervised areas for children to hangout while their parents workout.

No, we don't. We understand that life happens. Try your best to get to class on time.

Yes. We have two showers. Please bring your own shower supplies.

All members must pre-register for classes.
Once you become a member, you'll have access to our app which will allow you to reserve your spot.

Yes. If you have done Crossfit before you can reserve a spot at our 9am, 12pm or 6:30pm by contacting us at summitcrossfit@gmail.com. If you have never done Crossfit you will need to schedule a free one-on-one class. Start here.
